David Fiddyment comes from a family with a long history in agriculture. His great-grandmother acquired land in California in 1855 and the family has been farming ever since. David was one of the very first to plant pistachios in California and is considered a pioneer in the pistachio industry. Dolly and he handled every detail from taking orders to designing and sewing what is now our signature burlap bag finished with a hand tied bow. Their passion for growing the finest pistachios evolved into a business that has continued to grow for over fifty years.
We offer a full line of flavored in-shell pistachios from savory to spicy. All of our flavored pistachios are roasted in 50lb batches by hand. For the more traditional pistachio fan we have lightly salted and salt free pistachios available as kernels or in-shell. We are also proud to produce 100% pure California pistachio butter and pistachio paste. In keeping with our high quality standards, our butter and paste is made with pistachios and no added ingredients or stabilizers.
